Lizbeth Congiusti - lecturer and over all Sassy Sommelier – currently teaches Wine Tasting & Etiquette in the Valley. A member of Premium Toastmasters she is an accomplished speaker. 

She completed her studies as a Level II Sommelier through the International Sommelier Guild, is a Member of the American Wine Society, and Wine Judge for New World International Wine Competition.  In 2010, she received her "Certified Specialest of Wine" (CSW) through the Society of Wine Educators.   

 Lizbeth is a frequent lecturer at Scottsdale Healthcare, Thunderbird School of Managment Wine Club, Scottsdale and Chandler Libraries presenting Wine Information Lectures.

As former Manager of United Airlines Beverage Programs, she has a firm understanding of wine, spirits and beer. Lizbeth designed and developed creative training programs for over 25,000 flight attendants.

Her wine tasting programs are designed to take the intimidation out of wine tasting and to provide you with easy-to-understand and useful tips.

2010 Community Heroes
On October 27, 2010 Lizbeth and her husband Bob Williams received the "Frances Young Community Heroes Award" from Mayor Jim Lane.
"This Community Heroes pair has volunteered at the Granite Reef Senior Center for four years, logging in an amazing 2,000 hours.  They never say no when it comes to helping others."
